These large flats include an amazing private terrace. The flats are spacious, quiet, airy and bright. They have an unbeatable location, close to the city centre and the beach.
The flats have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen and living room. They are ideal for groups of friends and families.
The flats are located in the neighbourhood of Putxet, the mainly residential neighbourhood Putxet is named after the hill on which it is located.
In one of its squares, various activities are organised throughout the year, such as food markets, musical performances and events for children during important festivities. The atmosphere is similar to that of a small village, thanks to its small streets and low buildings.

The district
The district of El Putxet is located in the upper area of Barcelona. It is one of the districts inhabited by the upper class of Barcelona. El Putxet is a mountain situated between the districts of Vallcarca and Sant Gervasi. During the 19th century, it was a place where the inhabitants used to spend their summer. However, later on, due to the construction of better infrastructures, it became a residential zone of the upper class of the city. If you like exclusive districts, you might like to rent an apartment in el Putxet during your stay in Barcelona. This apartment is located really close to the famous park Guell (the jewel of Catalan Modernism) and to the district of Gracia (the cultural center of Barcelona).
What to visit
The Modernist route of Barcelona is one of the most important attractions of Barcelona. In the district of El Putxet there are some of the jewels of the artistic movement. Among them, you can find some of Gaudi´s work like:

Conditions of reservation
1.The apartment is consider booked after all documents and payment are received.
2.The payments received in concept of the rent will not be returned if the tenant resigns to the rental contract.
3. The reservation will be automatically cancelled if payment of the entire reservation has not been received by the start of the contract.
4. Acceptance of the reservation is subject to the approval of the owner.

a. Letter of university admission,
b. Proof of payment of studies,
c. Proof of solvency and/or third-party guarantee.
Companies
a. Title of incorporation of the company,
b. Title accrediting the faculties of the legal representative of the company,
c. Corporate income tax filed in the last fiscal year (model 200).
Employees
a. Last three payslips,
b. Employment contract,
c. Last tax return.
Self-employed
a. Last income tax return,
b. Last three I.R.P.F. payment receipts,
c. Details of the manager or administrator.
Other
a. Bank references or bank guarantee,
b. Proof of income abroad
c. Personal recommendations signed and sealed by the issuing body.
Payment
Once the documents has been received you will receive instructions on how to proceed with different payments during your reservation.
To reserve the apartment, you must pay the minimum amount corresponding to a monthly fee plus 10% of the total amount to the rental contract.
• Deposit: equivalent to 2 months of renting ( consult for stays of less than 3 months)
• Agency fee: non-refundable. The agency commission corresponds to 10% of the total amount of the contract and must be paid when confirming the reservation plus the month of renting.
Security deposit
It is necessary to plead for the security deposit which will depend of the length of the stay. You will have to pay between 1 and 2 of the monthly rent depending on the case.
The deposit is used to guarantee coverage of any damage caused to the apartment or its contents. By accepting our terms and conditions of use, you agree that any damage caused by you or any of your companions will be deducted from the deposit and that you will also be responsible for any damage exceeding the value of the deposit.
The deposit will be refunded within 30 days after the end of the contract, provided that the client leaves the apartment clean and in good condition after the final inspection.
