All our apartments are fully equipped and furnished and located in the best areas of the city center: Sarria-San Gervasio, Putxet, Eixample, Gracia, Las Ramblas, Bonanova and Arc de Triumph. This makes us leaders in the search for accommodation to the newcomers of the Condal city.

If you are interested in renting one of our long term rental apartments you can contact us and inform us about your requirements: when would you like to move to the apartment, for how long you would want to stay in it, with how many people are you planning to live in it, your approximate budget and if you have any extra requirement. You can also search for your dates on our website, introduce your dates and the system will show you all the apartments we have available for your dates. By clicking on the apartment you are interested in you will find the monthly price of the apartment. The VAT, mandatory cleaning, and expenses are not included in this price. If you need any assistance calculating the price of your apartment for long term rental please let us know.
Don’t waste any money on commissions and book your apartment directly from the property owner. To confirm your reservation you would have to send us an email to request@myspacebarcelona.com. We ask for the first month's rent in advance to confirm your reservation.
