How do monthly rentals work?
To book an apartment with My Space Barcelona you need to confirm the reservation by doing your payment online or with a bank transfer. In some cases, we ask for documentation to validate the reservation of the apartment, but most of the times, reservation is confirmed right away. If we don’t accept the request, the initial payment gets completely refunded at the exact same moment.
All the bookings have a security deposit that has to be paid at the beginning of the stay. It’s completely refunded after your departure if there is any problem with it. Depending on the property and on the length of the stay, it can differ from 500€ to 1000€. If the stay is longer than 3 months, you will be able to pay for your stay on a monthly basis, as long as the shown documents are enough of a guarantee. In this case, you will pay your security deposit at your arrival as well as the two first months. The longest stay is 11 months, however, you can make renovate your contract after the 11th month.
