This apartment is approximately 75 m² and is located in a building with a lift on the top floor. In addition, it has the advantage of having parking available in the same building for €30/day, for greater comfort during your stay. The Muntaner metro station is close to the apartment, which will make it easier for you to get around the city.
The Penthouse in Barcelona for Long Stays for 6 can accommodate up to 4 people in 2 rooms. One of the rooms is the double room, equipped with a double bed, and the other room has 2 single beds. The apartment also has 1 complete bathroom with a walk-in shower for greater comfort. In the living room, you will find an additional double sofa bed, offering space to accommodate more guests if necessary.
The kitchen open to the living room is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric cooker, electric kettle, oven, fridge and ceramic hob, which will allow you to easily prepare your meals during your stay. In addition, the apartment has an iron, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, heating, washer and dryer, to make sure you feel at home throughout your stay. We also offer free Wi-Fi so you can stay connected during your time in Barcelona.

The district
Sarrià is the neighbourhood par excellence of Barcelona. It retains the traditional taste and the personality of lifelong neighbours. The Sant Gervasi district is mainly a residential area which is very well connected to the rest of Barcelona. It is very close to the traditional neighborhood of Gracia and the well-known Eixample district. The area has many shops, cafes, bars and different restaurants.

Conditions of reservation
1.The apartment is consider booked after all documents and payment are received.
2.The payments received in concept of the rent will not be returned if the tenant resigns to the rental contract.
3. The reservation will be automatically cancelled if payment of the entire reservation has not been received by the start of the contract.
4. Acceptance of the reservation is subject to the approval of the owner.

Students
a. Letter of university admission,
b. Proof of payment of studies,
c. Proof of solvency and/or third-party guarantee.
Companies
a. Title of incorporation of the company,
b. Title accrediting the faculties of the legal representative of the company,
c. Corporate income tax filed in the last fiscal year (model 200).
Employee
a. Last three payslips,
b. Employment contract,
c. Last tax return.
Self-employed
a. Last income tax return,
b. Last three I.R.P.F. payment receipts,
c. Details of the manager or administrator.

a. Bank references or bank guarantee,

Utilities
The utilities will be included in the total amount for your reservation but only up to 225 € per month. If this amount is more at the end of each month you will have to pay the difference and it can be taken from the security deposit.
Security deposit
You will have to pay a security deposit that will depend on the duration of your stay:
-1 month: 500 €
- 2 months: 700 €
- 3 month: 900 €
-If your reservation is longer than 4 months you will have to pay 1 or 2 months as a security deposit depending on the duration of your stay.
The deposit is used to guarantee coverage of any damage caused to the apartment or its contents. By accepting our terms and conditions of use, you agree that any damage caused by you or any of your companions will be deducted from the deposit and that you will also be responsible for any damage exceeding the value of the deposit.
The deposit will be refunded within 30 days after the end of the contract, provided that the client leaves the apartment clean and in good condition after the final inspection.
Day of arrival
You must inform us in advance of your approximate arrival time so that we can schedule your check-in. Please keep us informed in case of any changes or delays.
Your apartment will be available from 15:00h and you can check in between 15:00h and 20:00h. In case you arrive outside these hours please contact us.
