Gorgeous designer apartment, located in the center of Barcelona, within a typical Barcelona modernist building that can accommodate up to 8 people.
The apartment is very spacious and bright, composed of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a kitchen and a spacious living room perfectly suited in it’s 120 m2. The living room is open to a balcony overlooking the street which provides the apartment with daylight, it is an open space with carefully selected furniture equipped with a large comfortable sofa, centre table, dining table for 6 people and HD TV 46'.
The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a perfect space for preparing delicious dinners, with washing machine, oven, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso machine (capsules included) and all the kitchen utensils you need to feel at home. Iron and ironing board are also available. Wifi, of course, is also included with a router to the apartment only.

The apartment is located in a very sophisticated area of Barcelona, very central and close to most touristic spots, the space is perfect for a family or a group of friends and also offers privacy and comfort to stay with your business colleagues.
Area
The apartment is located in the left Eixample, nice neighborhood where you can wander around and delight the architecture (buildings designed by Gaudí such us La Pedrera and Casa Batlló). Within the Eixample area, you will find a wide range of amenities and services: good restaurants, stylish bars, cafes, museums, supermarkets, markets, banks, pharmacies, gyms, etc.
The apartment is situated in an area noted for its nightlife stablishments, one of the most important in Barcelona, where you can find the best clubs and restaurants of the city.
Paseo de Gracia is just 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment, and to go to Plaza Catalunya you can walk 20 minutes or take the metro (3 stops). Thanks to being located in such a central point, you can reach the most outstanding points of interest in the city (whether tourist, business or cultural) by foot or by using the wide transport network located near the apartment:
Bus: several lines within 50 meters (54, 66, 67, 68, 58, 64, 63, 6, 7, 27, 32, 33, 34) to reach every part of Barcelona.
Metro: L3 (green ) and L5 (blue) Diagonal, standing at 500 meters.
Nitbus: you also have the bus on the night service 50 meters far.
How to reach the apartment
The apartment is not far away from the airport. By taxi you can get there in less than 30 minutes.
You can also take the metro from the airport (L9, orange line) until Collblanc stop, and change the line from there (L5, blue line) till Diagonal stop and then walk 10 minutes to the apartment. It could take around 1 hour and a half.
If you fly to Girona Airport, then you can take a bus direct from Girona Airport to the centre of Barcelona. All journeys on this route are coordinated with Ryanair arrivals and departures. The bus will leave you in Estació del Nord in Barcelona. From there you can take a taxi to the apartment (faster way, approximately 2 hours) or take the metro L1 (red line) in the stop "Arc de triomf" until "Plaça Catalunya" and there, change to the L3 (green line) until the stop "Diagonal". All this can take you approximately 2:45 hours.
Important for check in
To confirm the exact time of check-in and to avoid unnecessary delays you should call us at +34 932 200 247 when you are at the airport or at least 20 km away from the city. In order to avoid delays please provide us with your flight number.
Spanish laws forces us to have a copy of the identity card or passport of all the guests staying in the apartment. You must submit photocopies and bring them the day of check-in. You can also send us the copy through email.
