Only a few minutes away by walk from Barceloneta beach. This building has an exquisite terrace in the rooftop with an awesome shared swimming pool. It’s perfect to take a break with friends or family and enjoy the great views from the Eixample. The building can host up to 48 people.
Each of the design and dynamic apartments has a maximum capacity of 8 people. Each apartment has 3 double bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other two with 2 single beds each one, there is also a double sofa-bed in the living room. For the guests comfort, there are 2 bathrooms per apartment, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. All of them are equipped with all the facilities you could need so that your holidays in Barcelona become a unique and unforgettable experience. One of these apartments in the ground floor is a duplex and has a private terrace with a surface of 20m2.
