Before the check-in:
Before arrival we ask to all our clients for the following information:
- Copies of the identity documents of all tenants when checking-in.
- Home address (complete address, postal code, city and country)
- Document number ( Passport, ID card )
- Port of arrival (Barcelona port, Barcelona airport, Girona airport, etc.)
- Time of arrival at port
- Flight number
- In case you are coming by car, approximate time of arrival.
We also need the full name, passport number and birthday date from every tenant.
Check-in payment options:
- If paying by cash, please bring the exact amount with you (in Euro) as we may not have change.
- If paying by credit/debit card, there will be a 5% commission.
- For the refundable damage deposit: a credit/debit card is required in order to pay this one (No commission on security deposit).
- You can also pay damage deposit by CASH*
- **IMPORTANT**: If you pay the refundable damage deposit by cash, this amount will be returned one week after your departure, via bank transfer. Please have ready the following details: IBAN, BIC or SWIFT. Please contact your bank to ask for these details.
- CHILDREN over 2 years will pay the same price as an adult.
Check-in location:
- Condition 1:
Check-in at our office located in ¨Carrer de hercegovina 1 08021 Barcelona: Monday - Sunday : free of charge from 15:00h to 20:00h.
Early Check-in From 11:00h to 15:00h, depending on the availability - 50€ to 70€ subject to the apartment.
- Condition 2:
Check-in at the apartment you booked. (This option available if your arrival time is after 20:00h local time). Monday - Sunday: After 20:00h - 50€ (Late check-in).
Optional services:
- Transfers from the airport: please let us know if you would like us to arrange transfers for you
- Parking: 30€ / day.
- Baby Cot: 20 € / day (on request).
- Bed-making and bathrooms cleaning: 50 € / day (on request).
- Complete cleaning: 100 € / day (on request).
- Luggage storage: 5 € / bags (until 19:00h local time).
- High chair: 20 / day (on request).
- Beach Towel : 5€/item.
Late check-out options:
- From (11:00 - 14:00 ) - 80€
- From (11:00 - 18:00 ) - half a night.
- After (18:00 h) - one more full night price.
